We are a non profit making organisation and our competitive rates reflect an effecient service. All financial gain from our work with industry is used for the benefit of young people who attend our courses
Our courses are facilitated by staff with a wide range of backgrounds from teaching, banking & commerce to industry who have an understanding of the needs of our clients and can therefore deliver a course to match your needs.
To ensure ther course matches your needs as much as possible we will visit your site and discuss the courses directly with your HR staff or delegates as required. A pre course visit is welcome if you wish to inspect the facilities we offer.
The outdoors is a powerful arena for learning. It places people in an unfamiliar and stimulating environment where they must identify & solve real problems.
Our team days will include tea and coffee breaks, a filling buffet, good classroom facilities & excellent outdoor venues both on site and in the local area. Our centres are all set in stunning natural surroundings all within 45 minutes of the M4.
Courses can be based around traditional outdoor pursuits of climbing or canoeing to test team spirit & encourage personal performance & support. Our most popular days combine gentle ropes course challenges with team problem solving exercises and classroom reviews & simple theory. We can even offer classroom based courses mixing theory with fun, indoor based team challenges to test communication, trust, inclusion, motivation etc.
We can even offer multiday courses as part of new employee inductions or to motivate existing teams
