Team building, Bonding, Personal Development & Leadership skills are vital skills for all companies and organisations.

At Gwent Outdoor Centres we have designed courses for many bodies to meet their training needs.

From British Steel apprentices to Accountants to voluntary sector organisations. Each course is tailormade to the needs of the client and facilitated by trained instructors with backgrounds in industry, commerce & professional training.

We run THREE basic type of courses:

• Gentle team bonding days - suitable to people of any age or ability & include "Crystal Maze" type team challenges normally on site concluding in a larger "finale " !
• Specific Team Building/Leadership days where specific challenges are used to highlight different areas of team work & leadership. These are reviewed using the Kolb circle of improvement and the day will conclude with a full review of everything learnt & hopefully some type of action plan of how to impliment these ideas back in the workplace
• Full on adventure activities designed to be fun yet challenge and test participants to create a strong bond through physical activity & challenge

All full day courses include tea and coffee throughout the day plus a buffet lunch. Residential courses are full board and can run from 2 to 5 days.

Pricing is done individually with a client once we understand what is required. We take pride in personalising a course to meet our clients needs as best we can, therefore every course is individual
