Welcome to Gwent Outdoor Centres Web Site. We have put together lots of information about our three centres. There should be enough information for groups coming to visit us, to allow them to prepare for their visit. We also hope new clients will find the site useful. Anything you cannot find or are not sure about please give us a ring. Although the website is a great place to start by speaking to one of our members of staff we can support you even more.
As with all Local Authority departments we have felt the effects of the "credit crunch" and once again budgets have been cut but we are are looking at the positives as the school year progresses. We are determined to give all our clients a quality visit through enthusiastic, supportive and knowledgeable staff & first class curriculum lead activities, which we continue to review to meet the needs of KS 1,2 & 3 and the ever changing National Curriculum.
We look forward to seeing our regular clients again & making new friends from new schools & groups this year.

Our service is increasingly popular with a wide range of clients. During recent years we have successfully designed outdoor education and outdoor development courses for clients ranging from special needs departments in primary schools to "A" level students preparing for university and from young unemployed to senior managers.
